2. What Corrida Boa does

Corrida Boa is an independent driver-support tool. It reads offers displayed by compatible apps, calculates the traffic light, and helps organize earnings, costs, and documents. It also includes optional safety features.

3. Data we process

• Account: email address, name when signing in with Google, and an account identifier.
• Usage and diagnostics: interactions, crash and performance data, and device identifiers, including aggregated and anonymized data used to improve the service.
• Communications: a technical push identifier and last-activity date for service notices and limited reminders, which you can disable.
• Offers: fare, distance, time, and address are analyzed on your device. If an app supplies no text, its screen image may be read locally and immediately deleted without being saved or uploaded. History may retain calculations, date, platform, and approximate areas only.
• Financial entries: earnings, expenses, shifts, maintenance, and documents you add. They remain on the device and are synced to your private account backup when signed in.
• Private Ride: fare settings, totals, date, duration, distance, payment details, and optional passenger and vehicle information used for private receipts.
• Optional location: used only by features that require it. While the taximeter runs, location may be used in the background with a visible notification; routes and coordinates are not stored in history or backups.
• Optional Safety Camera: records video and, if enabled, audio. Recordings remain exclusively on your device.
• Community safety reports: approximate location, report type, optional note, and an internal reporter identifier; reports are shown anonymously.
• Emergency contacts: name and phone number used only when you trigger an alert.
• Payments: processed by Google Play; we do not collect or store card details.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service: performance of a contract.
• Location, notifications, camera, and microphone: your consent.
• Community reports, security, fraud prevention, and improvement: legitimate interests with data minimization.
• Tax and legal duties: compliance with legal obligations.

5. Android permissions

• Accessibility and notification access: solely to identify offers in compatible apps and calculate the traffic light.
• Screen-image reading: only when no text is available; images are processed locally and discarded.
• Display over other apps: to show the traffic light over the driver app.
• Camera and microphone: only for the optional Safety Camera, with visible system indicators.
• Location: for the features described in this Policy.
• Notifications: service messages and safety alerts.

6. Safety Camera

• Recordings stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• You control the recordings and are responsible for their storage and sharing.
• Recording is transparent, with an Android notification and camera indicator.
• We recommend notifying passengers; local law may require notice.
• You can view, share, or delete recordings, and older files may be removed according to your storage limit.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only with Google/Firebase for authentication, databases, messaging, analytics, and protection, and Google Play for payments. Community reports are anonymous. We may disclose data when legally required or transfer it during a corporate reorganization while maintaining these protections.

8. International transfers

Cloud data may be stored on Google/Firebase infrastructure outside Brazil under safeguards compatible with the LGPD. Safety Camera recordings are not transferred.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, account access controls, database security rules, and app-integrity checks. No system is infallible, but we work continuously to protect your data.

10. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account exists. You may delete it through Profile → Delete my account or by contacting support. Legally required records may be retained for up to 5 years and security logs for up to 90 days. You manage local recordings.

11. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, sharing information, and withdrawal of consent by contacting support.

12. Children

Corrida Boa is intended for users aged 18 or older and does not knowingly collect children’s data.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website.
